Diagnosis
With the selected process message, the operation or phase status &V1& isreported to the destination &V2& (address COCI_CONFIRM_OPERATION).However, the status &V1& is not created in the system.
The destination &V2& cannot process the message. It cannot create acorresponding confirmation.

Procedure

• If the message has not yet been sent to another destination, correct it
and send it from the message monitor.

• If the message has been sent, manually create the confirmation if
necessary.
