SAP Message CB502 - Invalid material & in order item &

Diagnosis
With the selected process message, a goods receipt for the order isreported to the warehouse (destination &V3&). However, the order itemV2 that is specified in the message does not contain the materialV1 specified in the message.

Procedure

  • If the message has not yet been sent to another destination, correct
    • and send it from the message monitor.
    • Otherwise, manually enter the goods receipt if necessary.
