SAP Message CB500 - Order & does not contain order item &

Diagnosis
With the selected process message, a goods receipt for order &V1&is reported to the warehouse (destination &V3&). However, orderitem &V2& which is specified in the message is not a valid item of theorder &V1&.

Procedure

  • If the message has not yet been sent to another destination, correct
    • and send it from the message monitor.
    • Otherwise, manually enter the goods receipt if necessary.
