Diagnosis
In Customizing for the message category, it has been specified that themessage can only be sent if it can be processed correctly by all itsdestinations.
However, one or more destinations could not process the message. Forthis reason, it is not sent to any defined destinations at all.

Procedure
Correct the message in the message monitor.
