Diagnosis
Process message characteristics do not exist (any more) in the plantV1, that is, there are no characteristics with a characteristicsgroup that is released for use in process messages. For this reason,you cannot carry out evaluations in plant &V1&.

Procedure
If the plant &V1& already contains process message data, check thefollowing Customizing settings and change them if necessary:

• the assignment of characteristics to characteristics groups in plant
V1

• the release of the characteristics groups in plant &V1& for use in
process messages
