SAP Message CB01004 - Problems calling the EH&S system to read the application log using RFC

Diagnosis You attempted to call the application log in the EH&S system from alogistics system using a Remote Function Call (RFC) connection. Thisattempt failed. System Response The application log is not displayed. Procedure Check whether the RFC connection to the EH&S system is working. Check in the logistics system whether the name of the RFC destination isspecified in Customizing for Product Safety in the IMG activitySpecify Environment Parameters under the environment parameterDEST_SRE_DS. Procedure for System Administration You can set up RFC destinations in Customizing or in a productivesystem. To do this, you either edit the activityDefine RFC destination in Customizing forBasis or you choose Tools -> Administration -> Administration ->Network -> RFC Destinations on the SAP Easy Access screen.
