If the TTE Customizing does not use the same product keys as the callingsystem, you assign external product keys. Product keys are used, forexample, to define exemptions that are tied to specific products.
In Customizing for the TTE, choose
Assign Objects From External Systems (
Cross-Application Components -> Transaction Tax Engine -> Utilities-> Assign Objects From External Systems)
Select the relevant system.
Maintain Product Key Assignment.
Save your entries.
