Diagnosis
Some parts of standard contract &V3& (application &V4&) are inactive:the contract contains changes that have been parked.

System Response
The system permits the contract to have other (inactive) changesprovided they are for the same effective period for which inactivechanges already exist.

Procedure
Use the same change period as that for the parked changes that alreadyexist.
Alternatively, you can delete the inactive parts. If you do so, you canthen process the contract for any time period.
