Diagnosis
Tool &v1& is assigned in Customizing of the logical service forliability (OTC03). However tool &v1& is either not defined at all orincompletely.

System Response
This is a warning about possible inconsistent Customizing entries!
The tool is or was assigned to aliability type.
When functions of the tool are accessed in the commission case process,an error message may be issued. The commission case is then set topending.

Procedure
Check that tool &v1& exists and that it is complete.
To do so, check the Customizing settings under Incentive andCommission Management -> Tools -> Logical Service: Edit Tools. Thetool must have implemented the following methods at least:

• 05 - Determine liability values

• 06 Adjust interrupted liability (increase)
