Diagnosis
You are attempting to access a decision table which has been deleted ormarked as obsolete.

System Response
If a decision table has the status Deleted, Marked ForDeletion or Marked As Obsolete, it is no longer valid andcannot be accessed.

Procedure
You can try to reactivate the decision table, or use a valid decisiontable that has been assigned through the tool level parameter of theobject type.
