To archive commission cases, you need to specify how long a case is tobe in the system before it can be archived. This information must bemaintained in Customizing, but was not found.
For commission cases, you can set up this kind of runtime for eachbusiness object type and business transaction.
No minimum retention period is currently in the system for businessobject type &V1& and business transaction &V2&.

The commission case is not archived. The archiving run is continued.

If you do not want to enter all possible combinations of businessobject type and business transaction, then you can enter a space in thebusiness object type of business transaction. This means that theretention period applies to all business object types or businesstransactions.
The archiving run determines the retention period by searching forbusiness object type &V1& and business transaction &V2& in Customizingfirst. If nothing is found, then the system searches for the businessobject type &V1& entry and business transaction SPACE. If it does notfind anything here either, it looks for business object type SPACE,business transaction &V2&. The last search for both fields is for aSPACE. Only if this entry fails will the system issue this message, andthe case is not archived.
