Diagnosis

However special commission is not updated with update category "&V2&"that was configured in Customizing for process step "010305" and resulttype "&V3&".

Example

• You wish to change the disbursable entitlement with enhancement category
4.
However the system does not allow this since the update found forprocess step "010305" and result type "XY" has no influence on thedisbursable entitlement.

• You wish to change the remuneration amount with enhancement category 1
or 3.
However the system does not allow this since the update found forprocess step "010305" and result type "XY" has no influence on theremuneration amount.

Procedure for System Administration
Check the update category that is assigned in Customizing to processstep "&V4&" (special commission) and result type "&V3&"
Check the settings in Customizing for Incentive and CommissionManagement under Processes -> Commission Case-> UpdateCategories for Each Process Category and Results Type -> MaintainUpdate Categories for Each Results Type.
