Diagnosis
The system has been instructed to create the relevant fulfillment levelheaders as part of the creation of a settlement schedule. Fulfillmentlevels are objects in the actual commission environment that are createdwhen a release type was found for the settlement schedule header. Anerror occurred during the creation of the fulfillment levels.

Procedure
Since the creation of fulfillment level headers is implemented by meansof a logical service, find out if the tool function from the standarddelivery is being used. If this is not the case, the error is probablyin the customer function, or has been included for a reason.
