Diagnosis
During document reversal, the system received the instruction to resetsettlement schedulesfor the remuneration line in the commission documentSyst-msgv1.An error has occurred, which can be one of the following:

• Invalid call of the _SES_CANCEL function

To reset a settlement schedule,you need to either specify it directly byentering the year, ID, and sequential number, or you need to specify thecorresponding remuneration line. Neither was successful due to theinvalid call.

• Error while reading the settlement schedule to be reset.


• Error during attempt to export the definition of the settlement schedule
item in the ABAP Dictionary.

• Error during search for sequential number for the settlement
schedule itemsthat are to be created to clear items that have already been convertedor disbursed.

• Error during deletion of fulfillment levels during actual commission
processing.

Procedure
Check the application log for the commission case for previous messages.These contain information on which error has occurred in this case.
