Diagnosis
Business partner &V2& in contract &V1& will not be settled because itis locked in the CACS_SETTLE_LOCK table.
The entry is deleted from the contract in the next settlement run.

Procedure
Process the entries in the commission application under Tools ->Administration -> Current Settings -> Lock Occasional Agent.
