Diagnosis
Base value splitting has been agreed between the participants &V1&/&V2&and &V3&/&V4&. However, participant &V3&/&V4& is a representative of agroup (such as a partnership). Such participants are not remunerateddirectly. Instead, the members of the group are remunerated within anentitlement group.
With base value splitting, it is not possible to define the groupmembers in relation to the remuneration of participant &V1&/&V2&.

The commission case is set to pending due to this error.

Procedure
Take steps to ensure that no base value splitting takes place betweenparticipants &V1&/&V2& and &V3&/&V4&:

• No base value splitting should be defined for participation &V1&.


• No hierarchical relationship should exist between participants &V1&/&V2&
and &V3&/&V4& (field H-L Position of the relation).
