Diagnosis
A difference commission has been agreed between the participants &v1&/
V2 and v3/v4. however, participant v3/v4 is a representativeof a group (such as a partnership). Such participants are notremunerated directly. Instead, the members of the group are remuneratedwithin an entitlement group
.
With a difference commission, it is not possible to define theremuneration of the group members in relation to the remuneration ofparticipant &v1&/&v2&.

System Response
The commission case is set to pending due to this error.

Procedure
Take steps to ensure that no difference commission is calculated betweenparticipants &v1&/&v2& and &v3&/&v4&:

• Participant &v1&/&v2& should have no
remuneration type with adifference commission.

• No hierarchical relationship should exist between participants &v1&/&v2&
and &v3&/&v4& (field H-L Position of the relation).

• No relationship based on entitlement objects may exist between
participants &v1&/&v2& and &v3&/&v4&.
