Diagnosis
An error occurred while the system was attempting to update changes tothe external database. The update was probably terminated abnormally.The worklist is still consistent, however, since object transfers to anexternal system update the external database changes before the localdatabase changes.

System Response
Processing of the worklist is terminated.

Procedure

• Use transaction SM13 in the external system to see whether any abnormal
update terminations occurred.

• Do not restart the update.


• Determine what caused the abnormal termination and correct the error to
prevent further terminations.
