Diagnosis
While selecting objects for a worklist for objectassignment the system has detected open assignment activities for thespecified number of hits.
An assignment activity for an object is considered to be open under thefollowing circumstances:

• The object participates in
assignment instructionsthat have the status Open or Processed with Errors.

• The object is already selected elsewhere but without an assignment to a
target object.

• An object may only exist in multiple open assignment activities in
different assignment setsof the same assignmentgroup.

System Response
Objects that have open assignment activities are excluded from thehitlist.

Procedure
If you process open assignments, the object becomes available again fornew assignment activities. If any existing assignment activities are nolonger valid, you can change or delete the corresponding worklists. Onthe initial screen of the user interface for managingobject assignments you can search for the worklists for the objectsin question using the input help With Configured Search Interface
