SAP Message CACSMD851 - Cannot determine staff role

Diagnosis
Staff role cannot be found. Possible reasons:

  • HR or CRM not yet available in the current system.

  • No business partner roles defined as staff roles (table T77S0, CPERS,
    • PROLE).

    Procedure
    Identify a business partner role as the staff role. To do this use theCustomizing for table T77S0.
