Assign the commissions clerk to a higher-level organizational unit thanthat of the commission contract. At least the next highestorganizational unit must be assigned in the case of commission contractsfor chief positions. In the case of assignment of the chief positionorganizational unit the authorization E_CACS_CHI is also required.
