Diagnosis
The participant is in anentitlement group thatshows a cyclical (continuous) hierarchy. That means that, after anumber of higher-level assignments, the participant becomes its ownhigher-level participant.
An entitlement group is identified by the following criteria within acommission case:

• Participation


• Entitlement category


• Entitlement object category



• Entitlement object ID

That means it is a group of participants in a participation that workout their entitlement identically.

System Response
The commission case is inconsistent and is set to pending.

Procedure
Only define logical hierarchies.
