Diagnosis
In Customizing, no valid
entitlement category was defined for business object "&V3&" inbusiness case "&V4&" for the access time.

System Response
The system is unable to process the commission case, and thus sets itto pending.

INCLUDE ISIS_NA_SYSADMIN OBJECT DOKU ID TX

Procedure for System Administration

  • Remove the participants of this entitlement category from the
    • commission case
    or
    • Enter the missing entry in Customizing.
