Diagnosis
The system has received the assignment instruction for an entitlementand liability transfer. However, the instruction parameters areinconsistent:

• The parameters within an assignment set are the same for all assigned
instructions. The assignment instruction &v1&/&v2&/&v3&/&v4&, however,uses different parameters.

• The parameters of the assignment instruction &v1&/&v2&/&v3&/&v4& cannot
be read.
