Diagnosis
During the rule-based creation of a worklist forentitlement and liability transfer, the system wasinstructed to determine the ELT rule to be used. Todo so, you must have transferred a valid commission contract since thecontract attributes determine the rule that is used. But no validcommission contract was transferred.

System Response
The system cancels the creation of the worklist.
