Diagnosis
According to the design, you are trying to add a field to a table orstructure that is already included in the template. However there seemsto be an error in the design data of the application.

Procedure
Check that the field in question actually is included in the templateobject (Data Dictionary, SE11).
Then delete the field from the list of additional fields(TCACS_DESFIELDS, SE16).
