Contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration
For user-specific filtering of the interface control, the systemadministrator needs to develop the appropriate profiles with theprofile generator (PFCG) and assign them to the user masters. Theauthorization object to use for this is E_CACS_CSD.
If the user-specific filter is not to be used, go to Customizing anddelete the entries with the CACS_CHECK_CSD_AUTH function modulein the following IMG activity: Interface Dispatching -> MaintainControl Table for Commission Interface Dispatcher.
