Diagnosis
Messages cannot be displayed for the object because according to thefilter for the database update (QUERY_FOR_DB) or the user parameterCACS_MSGSTORE, no messages have been updated, or because the log forthe commission case has already been updated.

System Response
An empty log without messages is displayed.

Procedure
Check the customizing values for the message update or the settings foryour user parameter CACS_MSGSTORE.
