Another process is currently performing tasks that are so important,that it is not possible to post any new documents.

System Response
Document posting is cancelled and the commission cases are set topending.
You can leave the settlement, mass post-run update etc. until the otherprocess has completed its tasks.

Procedure
Wait until the process has finished then use mass post-run update tocomplete the pending items.
