Diagnosis
You want to archive a PM/CS order. A precondition for this is that allPM/CS orders of the order hierarchy have the status I0013(LOEKZ/deletion indicator, archivable).
This is not so in this case.

Set the status I0013 for all PM/CS orders of the current hierarchy.
