Diagnosis
During the process of resetting the availability data before the actualavailability check, an error occurred. It is possible that one of theselected orders could not be blocked.

System Response
The collective availability check will be terminated after resettingthe data of all selected orders (except for those where errorsappeared). In other words, the actual availability check is not carriedout for any of the selected orders.

Procedure
In the output of the order information system, analyze which order ororders have value 08 or 09 entered as the 'Result of AvailabilityCheck' (technical field name RETCODE). An error occurred for theseorders, which you can examine more closely in the respective logs forthe collective availability check.
If you have called the collective availability check in the background,(batch call), then you can determine the order or orders causing theerror, as well as the cause of the error, from the job log.
After the errors have been corrected (or when the orders affected arenot selected for check), the collective availability check can bestarted again.
