Diagnosis
You want to change the assignment to a WBS element in an individualorder or in a collective order, although a goods issue has already beenposted for at least one of the components of the order or collectiveorder. A change to the WBS element can therefore lead toinconsistencies in the Controlling of the order or the project.

Whether the system allows this activity depends on the type of thismessage set in Customizing.

Procedure
Either cancel all of the goods movements for the order or collectiveorder before you make the change to the WBS elements, or clean up theinconsistencies in Controlling by executing manual transfers.
