Diagnosis The backflush indicator is set for component &V1& that is to bereassigned. However, the old operation &V2& or new operation &V3& isalready (partially) confirmed. This may lead to incorrect withdrawalquantities for these components after reassignment. Example: The component is assigned to an operation that is finally confirmed. The component should therefore be withdrawn by 100%. If the componentis now reassigned to an unconfirmed operation, it will be withdrawnagain when this operation is confirmed. The withdrawal quantity istherefore greater than the requirements quantity. System Response This component is not reassigned. Procedure Reduce the requirements quantity for this component in the oldoperation to the quantity that has already been withdrawn and add thecomponent with the open quantitiy to the new operation. Or, before reassignment, remove the backflush indicator for thiscomponent and then manually post the goods movements that are stillopen for this component. |
