Diagnosis
An internal error arose on compressing or decompressing data.
Setup parameters of workbench functions are compressed and decompressed
for internal handling. Parameter handling becomes impossible if an
error occurs here.

Procedure
The error must be investigated by SAP. You should inform your systemsadministrator.
