Diagnosis
The number of PI sheets to select was restricted to &V1& on the initialscreen (see the Max. Number of PI Sheets field). Theselection was canceled after this number was reached. It mighttherefore be possible that the worklist displays fewer PI sheets thanactually exist.
Note:
Selection of PI sheets takes place internally in the following steps:
RESET N1
Selection of PI sheets without consideration of the PI sheet status
Detailed selection from the hitlist determined in step 1, using thestatus and the time frame given in the status New.
The maximum number used on the initial screen refers, for technicalreasons, to this step. Due to the detailed selection, it is possiblethat the given maximum number of PI sheets was not reached in theworklist, but that not all existing PI sheets are actually displayed.

Procedure
RESET N1
Check and adjust your selection criteria as required.
If necessary, you can also increase the number of PI sheets to selecton the initial screen of the worklist (Max. Number of PI Sheetsfield).
Note however, that if you increase the maximum number too much this maydecrease system performance.
