SAP Message C0702 - User could not be identified: Entry is rejected

Diagnosis
The entered signature, for which a password check has to be carriedout, cannot be accepted for one of the following reasons:

  • It does not correspond to a user name defined in the system.

  • No password has been created in the system.

  • The entered password is invalid.
