Diagnosis
The status "technically complete" has been assigned to the PI sheet.This means:

• The PI sheet can be archived and then deleted even if it has not yet
been fully processed.
Exception: PI sheets which have only been created for test purposescannot be archived.

• You can no longer maintain the PI sheet in this status.
