Diagnosis
The process instruction &V2& for phase &V1& of the process ordercontains the formula &V3&. This formula contains an exponentiation.When this exponentiation was carried out, an error occurred.

Procedure
RESET N1
Check and, if necessary, correct the values reported in the PI sheetthat are used in the formula.
In the case of PI sheets with test function:
Check and, if necessary, correct the definition of the formula in theprocess order.
Then create a new control recipe and maintain the corresponding PIsheet.
Change process order
In the case of productive PI sheets:
Errors in the process instruction cannot be corrected for the currentPI sheet.
If necessary, deactivate the process instruction in the PI sheet.
Manually calculate the value.
Manually create the process message to be used for reporting the value.
