Diagnosis
In process instruction &V1& for phase &V2& of the process order, acharacteristic is missing which is required in the message categoryrequested in the process instruction. In the PI sheet, an input fieldis displayed for the characteristic. However, for technical reasons,the value in the field cannot be assigned to the process message as theprocess instruction does not contain any requested characteristics. Theprocess message remains incomplete.

Procedure
INCLUDE 'NA_HA_TST' OBJECT DOKU ID TX LANGUAGE E
RESET N1
Determine the name of the missing message characteristic by calling upthe field help (F1) for the respective entry field of the PIsheet.
Add the missing message characteristic in process instruction &V1& forphase &V2& of the process order.
Change process order
Create a new control recipe and maintain the corresponding PI sheet.
INCLUDE 'NA_HA_PROD' OBJECT DOKU ID TX LANGUAGE E
RESET N1
Add the missing characteristic value to the process message in themessage monitor.
Call up message monitor
INCLUDE 'NA_PLNREZ_HINW' OBJECT DOKU ID TX LANGUAGE E
