Diagnosis
The status "technically complete" has been assigned to the PI sheet.This means that

• the PI sheet can be archived and then deleted even if it has not been
fully processed.
Exception: PI sheets with test indicators cannot be archived.

• You can no longer maintain the PI sheet with this status.
