Diagnosis
No input field for the batch has been defined in the processinstruction you have selected. For this reason:

• You cannot transfer the result to the PI sheet when you carry out batch
determination.

• You cannot enter the batch you want to check in the PI sheet when you
carry out batch check.
For this reason, the system does not carry out batch determination orbatch check.

Procedure

RESET N1
Define the input field for the batch (characteristic PPPI_BATCH) inprocess instruction &V2& assigned to phase &V1& of the process order.
Create a new control recipe and maintain the PI sheet for it.

You cannot correct the process instruction for the current PI sheet. Ifrequired, carry out the following steps:
RESET N1
Carry out batch determination or batch check in the material list ofthe process order.
Change process order
Deactivate the process instruction in the PI sheet.
Manually create the process message you want to use to post the goodsmovement for the batch.
