Diagnosis
For one of the following reasons, the system cannot carry out the batchdetermination or batch check for the process instruction you haveselected:

• The process instruction does not contain the characteristic for the
material quantity.

• The material quantity has been defined as an input value in the process
instruction. However, the value has not yet been entered in the PIsheet.

• If the PI sheet contains an input field for the material quantity,
enter the missing value.

• If the PI sheet contains no input field for the material quantity,
proceed as follows:
For PI sheets with test function:
RESET N2
Add the characteristic for the material quantity(PPPI_MATERIAL_CONSUMED) in process instruction &V2& assigned to phaseV1 in the process order.
Create a new control recipe and maintain the PI sheet for it.
Change process order
For productive PI sheets:
You cannot correct errors in the process instruction for the current PIsheet.
If required, carry out batch determination or batch check in thematerial list of the process order.
