Diagnosis
In the process instruction, characteristic &V1& &V2& defines a variableto which variable name &V3& is assigned as a value. This variablename is already being used for another variable.
However, a variable name may only be used once in the processinstructions for a control recipe destination or a PI sheet.

Procedure
Assign a variable name to characteristic &V1& &V2& that is not beingused.
