Diagnosis
The process message with which inspection results are to be reported toQM contains neither an operation number nor a phase number. However,either the operation number or the phase number is needed for theassignment of the process message within QM.
The process message is not transferred to QM.

Procedure
RESET N1
Call up the process order specified in the process message anddetermine the number of the operation or phase to which the reportedinspection results belong.
Display process order
If the message has not yet been sent to another destination, add theoperation number or the phase number in the message monitor and sendthe message from the monitor.
Otherwise, manually record the inspection results within QM.
