Diagnosis
The process message with which inspection results are to be reported toQM does not contain an inspection lot number. However, the inspectionlot number is needed for the assignment of process messages within QM.

System Response
The process message is not transferred to QM.

Procedure
RESET N1
Call up the process order specified in the process message anddetermine the inspection lot assigned in the order header.
Display process order
If the message has not yet been sent to another destination, completeit and send it from the message monitor.
Otherwise, manually record the inspection results within QM.
Record inspection results
