SAP Message C/069 - Data changes cannot be downloaded due to contradictory Customizing

Diagnosis The option to download data changes was selected, although the option'Use change pointers' in POI Customizing, (Data Transfer Parameters:Define general parameters for transfer) was not flagged. Procedure Change the settings in POI Customizing by flagging the option 'Usechange pointers' (Data Transfer Parameters: Define general parametersfor transfer, transaction OPLS). If you don't use this option, it is not possible to download only datathat was changed. A complete download will take place.
