Diagnosis
Problems have occurred while communicating with the external system. Thedata upload could not be started. Possible reasons for this error arethat the external system is not available, the Customizing settings fordata upload are incorrect or a network connection to the external systemdoes not exist.

Procedure
1.) Check if the external system that is to execute the data upload hasbeen started and is available.
2.) Check if the target system settings are correct for the data uploadin Customizing for POI. Above all, you should check that the RFCdestination for the external system and the function name have beencorrectly defined. This information is governed by the external systemand must be specially entered for this system.
3.) Check if a network connection exists between the SAP system and thecomputer on which the external system was started. If you cannot checkthe above points yourself, contact your system administrator or theperson responsible for POI installation.
