Diagnosis
On the front end, a report template is already opened for editing ordisplay, or editing or display of a report template was not terminatedcorrectly. You can edit or display only one report template per frontend at a time.

Procedure
Finish editing or displaying the report template first before you openanother report template. If you do not have a report template open,editing or display of a report template was not finished correctly. Inthis case you must reset the front end by choosing Utilities ->Reset Front End.
