Diagnosis
The characteristic &V1& is contained in one of the namespaces assignedto the specification database.
You need to restrict the characteristic to class type 100 to ensurethat there is no overlap with other applications. Restricting the classtype of the characteristic ensures that it can only be used for thespecification database.

Procedure
In characteristic maintenance, choose Goto -> Restrict class type andenter class type 100 on the next screen.
