Diagnosis
You wanted to import the phrase set assignment during phrase import.However, the phrase library is a passive library. Phrase setassignments can only be created for the active phrase library.
If the phrase has a phrase reference to an active phrase, the phraseset assignment can be carried out for the active phrase. However, inthis case, no such phrase reference exists.

System Response
The phrase set assignment is not imported.

Procedure
If you want to import the assignment for an active phrase, create aphrase reference.
